    Hey,i'm Mrtchy and im 11 also i lead BB,along with Klimster and Chevy. I hope you like me and i like you.
    Well it all started when i was on the computer. I was on Miniclip site and i looked at the top ten games and cp was first so from then on i started cp and made my account. About 2-3months later i found "Mimo's" cp cheat site. I looked at the site more than twice a day and on his widgets it said "Join My Ultimate Links" so i clicked it and the first one that standed out was Icicle900's penguin (which i found out about on Mimo's post once)and one day i was on Breeze and i saw his igloo on the map, i went there STRAIGHT away! And told him i look at his site and so on... So then i asked him to be my friend and he said yes. So i went on his site and started to be active. A couple of weeks later i went back on MImo's blogroll and say "Army of Club Penguin" then i clicked it then joined and didnt get added,soon i went back on the site and joined again and got added as a Warrant Officer and worked my way up. The next army i joined was BB and then i joined armies really quick.

    Today my main armies are: IMAF,GW,BB,ACP,CPL+ Many more.

Government

1. GOVERNMENT

The Black Bandits are Democracy. A Democracy means that we basically vote on everything that is important.

Land Grants:

BB land grants are hard to get because we don’t like sharing. Just kidding lol, but seriously, we don’t have that many servers and we really don’t like other people on our servers. The only people that can get land grants from BB are really close allies with not a lot of servers.

Patrolling:

We Only Have four servers, but that doesn’t mean we don’t patrol. Whenever you are on our chat with some other Black Bandits, you should patrol.

3. ALLIES, ENEMIES, AND NEUTRALS this section is currently under construction)

Allies:

We will always help our always in wars, battles, disputes, etc. If two of our allies are waring we will most likely stay neutral. Anyone can be our ally unless the leaders say otherwise.

These armies are not too good of our allies, or too good of our enemies. They don;t do anything for us, and we don’t do anything for them.

  • ASCP (Army Strong of Club Penguin)

Enemies:

We are most likely at war with these armies, or we just hate them and they hate us. Whenver you see an enemy: guest and ban them on chat, or fire at them on CP and report it to a leader.

4. LAWS

Here are some basic BB laws and guide lines to follow.

 

Rules:

  1. Follow all the leaders orders.
  2. Listen to the highest ranked soldier at a battle or on chat.
  3. We don’t cheat, so please no mulilogging, unless we are recruiting.
  4. No hacking us, or any other army.
  5. Don’t ask for promotions, it lessons your chance of getting promoted.
  6. When a leader or high ranked soldier says get on Club Penguin… GET ON!!!!
  7. If your on xat, please be on the BB chat at all times.
  8. You MUST patroll basically everyday
  9. Follow the chat rules (which you can find on the Chat Page)
  10. HAVE FUN!

More Rules:

Probation:

If any laws, rules, or chat rules are ever broken, a co-leader or leader may put you on probation.   The person who put you on probation may decide how long the probation will be. You can not get a probation for no reason, and you can not get a promotion if you like swear on chat, you only get probations if you always break rules or do something bad. You can not come to battles, recruitment sessions, invasions, chat, or any other BB activity. You will be guested and banned on chat for however long your probation is. If you break any probation rules, your probation will be extended, or you might even get fired. There are exceptions to being on probation.

Firing:

Only a leader can fire someone. You must give the person a warning with a probation first, and than you may fire them if they do something bad again. If someone is fired there is always a court case. It is basically the leader who wants them fired vs the person who might get fired. They both state their reasons and then the other leaders and high ranked soldiers decide. There are exceptions to being fired.

Impeachment:

 Impeachment is the same thing as firing. Firing is for BB soldiers, impeachment is for BB leaders. A BB leader can get impeached only if they are doing terrible things for the army, like leading them to a downfall, or hacking the website, or going crazy basically. The entire army must agree for them to be impeached by a poll. (Only leaders can elect another leader for impeachment, or a lot of people from the army could complain.)

Demotions:

You get demotions by not being active, talking back to high ranked soldiers or leaders, doing something bad, or if you keep asking for promotions.

Promotions:

Promotions are only given out by BB leaders. Sometimes their are promotion days which happens about every month. Sometimes you can just randomly get promoted (not on a promotion day) for doing a ton of good things for BB.  To get a promotion you need to be an active soldier in bb (you come on like almost daily) and you go to BB chat, BB events, battles, wars, invasions, partys, etc. Please don’t ask/beg for promotions. If you do, it lessons your chance of getting promoted no matter how active you are.

Retirement:

Some armies have a rule were after a leader serves for one year they must retire or step down. We don’t do that in BB. But, we do have a poll for leader elections every year. (December) When a leader retires they write a retirenment on a post on the BB site and may schedule a final battle for themself against any army they want. They may NOT choose to promote someone else in BB to their leader position rank.

For other soldiers retiring, they may have a post on the BB site, and depending on their rank, may schedule a final battle. They do not get to pick who replaces them. (Sometimes they will get to pick who may replace them depending on their rank.)

    I am the creator/founder of the Black Bandits. I was a leader of BB with Rudolf23 (the other BB founder/creator) and am still the leader of BB today, after recently rejoining from a 4 month leave of absence. I'm pretty well known around CP chats, and I have a lot of friends. I'm a little crazy, but I can also be serious. I discovered CP armies because of Rudolf23. I have been in many armes, but the ones I have truly been active in where BB, FGR, ACP, RPF, and FW. I am currently in BB, RPF, and FW. I joined CP with the penguin moneyman43, who was banned forever. So I made Mr Cash995, who was banned forever. Than I made Snowy559, who was the penguin I joined CP armies with and made BB with, but was banned forever. My new penguin is Klimster. I'm a boy and I am always on BB Chat
